Job Description

Analyze customer data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for marketing strategies.
Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to enhance targeted campaigns.
Collaborate with the various teams to optimize CRM initiatives.
Create and deliver reports on customer behaviors and campaign performance.
Support the design and implementation of customer engagement strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of various campaigns and business efforts using data analytics tools.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across CRM platforms.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in financial services and CRM analytics.

The Successful Applicant

A successful CRM Customer Insights Analyst should have:

A strong background in data analysis, statistics, or a related field.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data visualization software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of marketing principles and customer segmentation techniques.
Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
