We are seeking an experienced CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to join our CRM team Reporting to the CRM Operations Manager, you will work collaboratively within a small, close-knit team to play a key role in the production and delivery of our email marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Scheduling
- Manage your allocation of campaigns through the production pipeline from brief intake through to scheduling and deployment
- Coordinate with designers and stakeholders to ensure assets and approvals are completed on time
- Manage campaign setup within our ESP, including audience segmentation, personalisation logic, and scheduling
- Quality Assurance
- Conduct thorough pre-send QA across devices and email clients
- Ensure every campaign meets brand, legal, and compliance standards prior to deployment
- Workflow & Process
- Work within our Asana-based production pipeline from brief stage through to sign-off
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including AI-assisted workflows
- Data & Segmentation
- Build and QA audience segments
- Maintain data hygiene and compliance
- Reporting
- Compile post-campaign performance reports and support A/B test documentation
- Flag trends and anomalies to the CRM Manager with relevant context
Requirements
- Essential
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a dedicated CRM or email marketing role, preferably within ecommerce retail
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in an ESP such as Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar
- Strong understanding of email production processes
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate between creative and marketing teams to meet deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Asana or a comparable project management platform
- Competency in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for reporting and data tasks
- Excellent written English communication skills; you will liaise with Australian stakeholders on a daily basis
