  • Manage player database and CRM tags
  • Prepare daily call lists by player segment.
  • Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  • Support SMS / WhatsApp campaigns
  • Monitor CRM data quality

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma
  • 2+ yrs in CRM, reporting or data operations
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets
  • CRM experience preffered
  • SQL is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and analytical
  • English Communcation Required
