POSITION: CRM Analytics Analyst (Lifecycle Management)
Location: BGC, Taguig
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 day WFH)
Schedule: Monday to Friday | Morning Shift
Role Overview
We are looking for a CRM Analytics Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across customer lifecycle and retention initiatives. This role will be responsible for performing end-to-end analytics, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and supporting CRM strategies that improve customer engagement, retention, and overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end analytics, including data extraction, validation, analysis, and insight generation.
- Analyze customer behavior, engagement, retention, and lifecycle performance metrics.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor CRM performance.
- Translate business requirements into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through quantitative analysis.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support data-driven CRM initiatives.
- Present findings clearly to local and expatriate stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, CRM analytics, or related functions.
- Open to candidates from any industry.
- Experience handling end-to-end analytics projects is preferred.
- Strong understanding of customer or business performance metrics.
- Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with Power BI
- Working knowledge of Python
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
