Job Description

Analyse campaign performance and lifecycle metrics to drive insights
Perform end-to-end data handling, transformation, and reporting
Translate complex data into clear narratives for senior stakeholders
Build dashboards and reports using modern BI tools
Deliver customer-facing insights to improve engagement and retention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decisions

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 3 years experience in data analytics or similar data-heavy roles
Degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Statistics, Economics, Engineering) preferred
Strong experience handling large datasets across any industry (flexible background)
Proficiency in SQL and Power BI (or similar visualisation tools)
Exposure to fintech or startup environments is an advantage
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to confidently present insights
