Qualifications

  • 3 years of hands-on experience administering HubSpot CRM across Sales, Marketing, or Service Hubs
  • Proven expertise in building workflows, automations, and reporting structures for scalable operations
  • Experience delivering onboarding and training programs for cross-functional users
  • Strong understanding of CRM data architecture, governance, and compliance best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • HubSpot certifications preferred (CRM Implementation, Sales Software, Marketing Software)
  • Experience in a B2B environment with hands-on CRM ownership
  • Comfortable working night shift in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize the entire HubSpot instance across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
  • Build and enhance workflows, pipelines, reports, dashboards, custom properties, automations, templates, and sequences
  • Manage user access, onboarding, and offboarding, including permissions and training
  • Develop and deliver live training sessions and create easy-to-follow documentation
  • Provide timely support and troubleshooting for day-to-day user issues
  • Maintain CRM data hygiene and help enforce process compliance across teams
  • Collaborate with Growth Ops and other stakeholders to scope and implement new features
  • Monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and stay updated on HubSpot releases
  • Manage integrations and ensure HubSpot integrates effectively with tools like ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, Zapier, and others
  • Track enhancement requests, prioritize based on impact, and deliver consistently
