Job Description

Location: Taguig

Work Set-up: On-site

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize the company's CRM platform to improve customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, behaviors, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop customer segments to support targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate CRM campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Risk, and IT teams to improve customer experience.
  • Maintain data accuracy and integrity within CRM systems.
  • Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and CRM best practices.

Qualifications


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an analytical role.
  • Experience working with online or digital products.
  • Knowledge of coding languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and customer data analysis.
