- Experience with XtremePush, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Optimove in a wagering or gaming context
- Familiarity with the Australian sports and racing calendar AFL, NRL, racing codes, Spring Carnival, major sporting events
- Experience working with responsible gambling frameworks and Australian wagering compliance requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and manage the weekly promotions calendar across sports and racing deposit matches, bonus backs, odds boosts, multi-bet insurance, race day specials and seasonal campaigns
- Lead all CRM channel execution across email, push notifications, SMS and in-app messaging using XtremePush
- Act as platform owner for XtremePush managing governance, automation logic, segmentation, A/B testing and lifecycle journey builds
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation strategy across racing bettors, sports bettors, high-value customers, at-risk players and dormant cohorts
- Build and optimise lifecycle journeys onboarding, first-bet activation, deposit retention, VIP nurturing and win-back reactivation
- Ensure all CRM and promotional activity aligns with responsible gambling regulations and Australian wagering compliance requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Australian marketing lead, creative agencies and trading/risk teams
- Produce weekly CRM performance reporting open rates, CTR, deposit conversion, betting activity uplift and bonus cost analysis
- Hire, onboard and mentor a CRM analyst and coordinator as the team scales beneath you
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- 47+ years in CRM, lifecycle marketing or retention marketing within a wagering, sportsbook or iGaming environment
- Proven hands-on experience with a major CRM platform (XtremePush, Braze, SFMC, Optimove or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of promotion mechanics how wagering offers are structured, costed and evaluated commercially
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse campaign performance and act on insights quickly
- Excellent written English for customer-facing CRM copy and senior stakeholder reporting
- Comfortable working cross-timezone with an Australian-based leadership team AWST overlap required
Work Schedule: 8am to 5pm PH
