The Opportunity

Are you an email expert who loves building clean automations and spotting issues before they go live Our B2B Campaign Operations team is looking for a highly operational CRM & Email Marketing Specialist (ESP / Lifecycle Operations) to support lifecycle campaigns across multiple brands. If you love being the technical engine behind high-performing email programs and keeping complex workflows running smoothly, this role is made for you.

  • Schedule: U.S. Business Hours

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like

  • Campaign Building (60%): Build and maintain email drip campaigns, complex automations, and lifecycle flows in high-tier ESPs like Iterable or Braze. You'll also update creative and copy within these workflows to support ongoing optimization.
  • Quality Assurance (20%): Act as the final gatekeeper for all campaigns. You will QA links, segmentation logic, audience filters, UTMs, rendering across devices, and compliance before any send goes live.
  • Project Management & Reporting (20%): Collaborate with Strategy, Ops, and Creative teams to document workflow updates in Figma and communicate changes via Slack. You'll also assist with weekly reporting by pulling key metrics and organizing performance insights.

What You Bring

  • Technical Expertise: 3+ years of experience using CRM/ESP platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, SFMC, or HubSpot.
  • Operational Background: Proven end-to-end email operations experience (Build → QA → Launch).
  • Project Coordination: 1+ year of experience project-managing marketing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
  • Data Literacy: Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUPs, pivots, and formulas) for organizing campaign data.
  • Communication: Proficiency in Slack for real-time team coordination and a proactive approach to flagging blockers.
  • Attention to Detail: An obsession with accuracy and technical perfection.

Bonus Points if:

  • You have direct experience with Iterable (Major Plus!).
  • You are familiar with Tableau or similar analytics tools.
  • You have basic HTML or API familiarity for email troubleshooting.
  • You have experience with Figma for documenting workflow logic.
  • You have worked with delivery or service-based apps (e.g., Grab).
