Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Muntinlupa City for a Crewing Supervisor at Archipelago Philippine Ferries Corp. (Fastcat). The Crewing Supervisor will oversee and manage the recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and monitoring of crew members. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with maritime regulations, managing crew schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating crew training and certification, monitoring performance, and addressing any personnel concerns or issues. The role also involves fostering a positive crew environment and ensuring the seamless operations of the company's vessels.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BSMT, BSMARE, or related degree.
• With at least 2 years experience in crew recruitment, scheduling, deployment, and personnel administration.
• With relevant knowledge of maritime regulations, crew documentation, training, and welfare.
• Skilled in handling crew issues, emergencies, and performance management.
• With strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
