Crew Resource Controller

Aviation Partnership Philippines Corporationis looking for an organized and detail-oriented Crew Resource Controller to manage shift schedules, monitor mechanic attendance, coordinate manpower deployment, and support workforce utilization reporting.

Location: Manila, Cebu, or Clark

Department: Capacity Planning & Engineering Services

The responsibilities of the Crew Resource Controller include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Execute and update daily shift schedules for Operations Mechanics using the AMOS Shift Planning system.
• Monitor actual attendance and ensure alignment with planned rosters and maintenance requirements.
• Track absenteeism, late reporting, overtime, no-shows, and other shift deviations.
• Coordinate with Production Supervisors regarding manpower shortages, reassignments, and coverage adjustments.
• Maintain accurate attendance, roster movement, and manpower deployment records.
• Monitor manhour utilization, workload distribution, and workforce performance trends.
• Prepare manpower status, attendance, shift coverage, and utilization reports.
• Identify manpower gaps, roster inefficiencies, and utilization concerns affecting maintenance operations.
• Support capacity planning and resource optimization based on operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, operational requirements, and aviation safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any aviation-related course.
• One to three years of relevant experience in manpower coordination, scheduling, or maintenance operations.
• Proficiency in AMOS, database management, or other relevant workforce planning systems.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate manpower utilization, workload distribution, and operational trends.
• Effective organization, coordination, and task prioritization skills in a time-sensitive environment.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Training in AMOS Shift Planning, Human Factors, Safety Management System, aircraft general familiarization, or Lean Six Sigma is an advantage.
