Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Mobility Coordinator, based in Cebu, Philippines.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end crew travel process, including coordination of schedules, travel arrangements, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• The role also involves clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders, resolving travel-related issues, and fostering a seamless mobility process. Additional responsibilities may include training new team members on protocols and ensuring the smooth operation of crew movements.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for liaison with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in Crewing and expertise in handling crew mobility operations is preferred.
• Excellent Organization Skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with the travel industry or maritime operations is advantageous  is preferred.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related fields preferred but not required
