Experienced in credit approval, familiar with regional conglomerates and industry-leading large local corporates
Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, industry trends and credit facility structure for large corporate clients and prepare due diligence reports to support credit decision making
Work closely with relationship managers, product teams, and other internal units to structure credit facilities and align on credit risk strategies.
Familiar with local and group level regulatory requirements and compliance checking requirements, consistently adheres to internal policy requirements
Support drafting or review of credit risk management policy and by-industry credit guidelines
Foster strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders to promptly identify and resolve risk and control issues.
Assist with regulatory examinations and auditing tasks related to credit risk.
On-the-job training will be offered to successful candidates to take a short-term assignment at Bank of China (Hong Kong), and returning to the original hiring country after the secondment.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Risk Management, or a related fields
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in credit risk analysis, credit evaluation, and risk assessment for large corporate or institutional
Managerial experience is preferred.
Professional qualifications in Financial Analysis / Risk Management are preferred.
Solid understanding of macroeconomics, loan markets, public debt instruments, and industry developments affecting large corporate clients.
Excellent command of both spoken and written English and local language in Philippinesto convey complex economic and financial concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with market information tools such as Bloomberg and LSEG Workspace is also preferred.
Willing to work under pressure with strong self-initiative.
