Role Exposure:

As a Management Trainee under the Credit Review Track, you will:

• Develop a holistic understanding of commercial banking within one of the strongest banks in the Philippines.
• Build leadership capabilities and banking fundamentals that will pave the way for a fulfilling career as a Bank Officer.
• Gain a strong foundation in financial analysis, risk assessment, credit evaluation, and portfolio management.
• Embark on a transformative learning journey through a comprehensive training program led by some of the industry's most experienced credit professionals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to evaluate financial data and business performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the potential to build strong client relationships
• Keen interest in commercial banking, credit evaluation, and relationship management.
• Adaptable, resilient, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Program Outcome:

Upon completion of the program, trainees will be equipped with a strong foundation in credit analysis, financial statement analysis, and risk assessment. They will develop the competencies needed for careers in commercial and corporate banking, relationship management, credit review, and risk management, while demonstrating strong leadership potential.
