Job Description
Details:
● Work Shift: Night Shift
● Work Setup: Hybrid (2-4x a month RTO)
● Office Address: 9/F SCMC Mall of Asia Arena Annex (MAAX) Building, Pasay, 1300
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in the quarterly preparation and roll forward of the Schedule of Investments (SOI) for each Credit fund — adding new positions, updating exited/realized positions, and populating invested capital, realized proceeds, unrealized value, total value, and gross MOIC/IRR by position and strategy.
● Apply consistent qualitative taggings across the SOI and related reporting templates, and support roll forward of fund-level Gross/Net Multiple of Invested Capital and Capital Commitments / Unfunded Commitments sections.
● Maintain and update the investment-level cash flow ledger by strategy, capturing contributions, distributions, and other flows on a daily basis to support downstream IRR calculations, and reconcile entries against source data provided by the Accounting/Valuation teams.
● Support the quarterly update of the firm's Loss Ratio Analysis, rolling forward invested capital and strategy-level loss figures across the fund family and calculating loss ratios and annualized loss rates by fund and on an aggregate basis, consistent with prior-period methodology.
● Assist in the quarterly roll forward of enhanced/ILPA-standard reporting templates required by individual LPs adding new investments each period and pulling in updated investment-level metrics — market values, credit ratings, yields, spreads, durations, and borrower financial metrics (LTM revenue/EBITDA, leverage multiples) — tailored to each LP's specific requirements.
● Maintain the definitional footnotes, legends, and required disclosures across all reporting templates, ensuring consistency of position-level identifiers, classifications, and definitions from period to period.
● Apply a rigorous quality-control process across all deliverables to ensure figures, formulas, and definitions are accurate and tie out to prior periods; proactively flag discrepancies or unusual data points rather than resolving them unilaterally.
● Partner closely with the Accounting, Valuation, Operations and Investor Relations teams to source, validate, and reconcile the underlying data feeding into each deliverable.
Job Requirements and Credentials:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy/Finance or related courses.
- Has experience or familiar with ILPA (Institutional Limited Partners Association)
- Support the onboarding of new LP-specific reporting templates as additional investors request enhanced/ILPA-standard reporting, along with ad hoc reporting requests and process improvements as directed by the Credit Reporting team.
- Advanced Excel skills, including comfort working within large, formula-driven, multi-tab workbooks; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
- Working knowledge of fund performance metrics (IRR, MOIC, TVPI, DPI) and credit-specific metrics (yield to maturity, credit spread duration, LTV, credit ratings).
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over data accuracy, given the confidential and investor-facing nature of the deliverables.
- Disciplined, process-oriented approach — comfortable following prescribed formats, templates, and definitions precisely.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills to support proactive, clear collaboration with the New York-based team across time zones.
