Credit Repair Virtual Assistant (Remote)
We are looking for an experienced Credit Repair Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client credit repair files from onboarding to dispute processing
- Analyze credit reports and identify dispute opportunities
- Execute various dispute strategies, including factual, FTC/CFPB, Metro 2, and other compliant dispute methods
- Process and manage disputes through Credit Repair Cloud (CRC), Dispute Fox (DF), and Credit Detailer Manager (CDM)
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Communicate with team members regarding account updates and progress
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the credit repair industry
- Strong understanding of dispute strategies and credit reporting
- Hands-on experience with CRC, Dispute Fox, and/or CDM
- Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), RingCentral, and Slack
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Knowledge of FCRA, Metro 2 Compliance, FTC, and CFPB dispute processes
- Experience handling a high volume of client files
