Job Description

Credit Repair Virtual Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for an experienced Credit Repair Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client credit repair files from onboarding to dispute processing
  • Analyze credit reports and identify dispute opportunities
  • Execute various dispute strategies, including factual, FTC/CFPB, Metro 2, and other compliant dispute methods
  • Process and manage disputes through Credit Repair Cloud (CRC), Dispute Fox (DF), and Credit Detailer Manager (CDM)
  • Maintain accurate client records and documentation
  • Communicate with team members regarding account updates and progress

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the credit repair industry
  • Strong understanding of dispute strategies and credit reporting
  • Hands-on experience with CRC, Dispute Fox, and/or CDM
  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL), RingCentral, and Slack
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of FCRA, Metro 2 Compliance, FTC, and CFPB dispute processes
  • Experience handling a high volume of client files
