Credit Recon Officer

Credit Evaluation

• Review, analyze, and evaluate loan applications in accordance with established company policies and credit guidelines
• Ensure accurate and timely credit decisions within the defined turnaround time (TAT)
• Prepare comprehensive credit proposals, risk assessments, and recommendations for approval
• Assess borrower capability, financial standing, and potential risk exposure

Stakeholder Coordination

• Respond promptly to inquiries from Sales and Marketing teams regarding:
• Post-approval requirements
• Loan term adjustments and structuring
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing and alignment on credit decisions

Reporting and Compliance

• Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports in line with department and regulatory requirements
• Ensure all documentation and evaluations are complete, compliant, and audit-ready
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within the credit evaluation process

Other Responsibilities

• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Credit Recon Unit Head, Credit Processing Department Manager, or Division Head
