Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring that an acceptable portfolio quality is maintained, and profitability is maximized by identifying the risk factors that adversely affect the portfolio. Establishing and maintaining credit policies and procedure guidelines that supports the business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish and formulate credit policies and processing guideline that provides framework for credit operational processes, which addresses credit operation risk problems
- Ensures that credit operation teams and concerned department/units are informed on the revised/updated credit operating guidelines
- Monitors program implementation and changes/revisions to policy and process to address credit operation risks identified in the credit cycle
- Reviews post-approval process based on policies and operating guidelines released
- Monitors and ensures proper understanding of the processes by reviewing the processed applications of assigned products
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree graduate preferably Business, Economics, Management or other related courses
- At least 5 years of experience in credit-related functions handling and documenting various credit processes
- Background in processing systems and application development and implementation
- Must be willing to be assigned and work on-site in Ortigas
