Job Description

Role Overview

Lead Accounts Receivable (AR) and credit operations across multiple customer channels, ensuring healthy AR aging, strong collection performance, and effective credit risk management.
Oversee order releases, customer account reviews, credit approvals, claims processing, and compliance with credit policies and controls.
Analyze AR trends, identify risks and collection issues, and recommend solutions to improve cash flow and portfolio performance.
Build strong partnerships with Sales, Business Units, customers, and other stakeholders to address AR concerns and drive business objectives.
Prepare portfolio reviews, management reports, and credit recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Drive process improvement initiatives, operational efficiencies, and adherence to credit governance standards.
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Credit Specialists to achieve business goals and deliver excellent service.
Support budgeting, special projects, and other initiatives that strengthen credit operations and business performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or any related business course
3-6 years of experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or Risk Management
Strong background in Credit and Risk Management
Experience in managing customer accounts, credit exposure, collections, and account analysis
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
