About the Position:
Estra Finance is looking for a Credit Officer/Underwriter with local experience banking experience to join our team on a casual basis. We are hoping to coordinate with this person to establish the required processes for a client to have a smooth experience during their loan journey.
- 100% remote — no travel required
- Flexible hours — work on your own schedule
- Only one 2-hour weekly meeting with management (between 12pm–8pm)
- Competitive hourly pay on a casual basis
- Ideal for experienced Philippine home loan underwriters who want flexibility without the full-time commitment
Applicants should have experience processing home loans for Filipino banks. Those without local experience will not be considered.
You should also demonstrate thorough knowledge of the following:
- Analysing credit for loan purposes
- Debt to burden income ratios
- Closing costs & downpayment rules
- How to assess applicants income
- Filipino bank home loan processes
