Location: Ayala, Makati City

Work Setup: Hybrid (2 Days Onsite / 3 Days Remote)

Schedule: Night Shift (Supporting North America Operations)

Job Responsibilities:

Lead credit risk management operations across multiple portfolios, primarily supporting the North America region.
Oversee the full credit lifecycle including credit underwriting, exposure monitoring, receivables management, and collateral administration.
Ensure alignment with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
Support business growth by making sound credit decisions and implementing strategic risk mitigation practices.
Manage credit operations across assigned portfolios while maintaining strong risk controls and credit support for commercial activities.
Lead initiatives to improve service delivery, streamline credit processes, and enhance operational efficiency.
Contribute to strategic planning, financial analysis, and budgeting related to credit operations.
Oversee team performance, coaching, and professional development.
Foster collaboration across finance, commercial, and operational teams.
Participate in cross-functional leadership discussions to align credit strategies with broader business and finance objectives.

Qualifications:

Strong background in finance, accounting, and credit risk management.
Proven experience in credit underwriting, financial statement analysis, and exposure monitoring.
Ability to simplify complex financial and credit topics and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience managing cross-border teams and multi-disciplinary collaboration.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to drive operational improvements.
Willingness and ability to work night shift hours to support Americas operations.
