Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven
Credit ManagementSenior Specialist to support credit operations and ensure smooth order processing while effectively managing credit risk. This role is essential in delivering excellent service, maintaining compliance, and contributing to the successful transition of Credit Risk activities into the Shared Services Center (SSC).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide reliable and high-quality support to customers, suppliers, employees, executives, and regulatory stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies, approval processes, and financial controls
- Evaluate and approve customer credit limits within authority, or escalate when required
- Offer guidance on credit management practices and order referral procedures
- Support team operations and uphold strong customer service standards
- Maintain internal controls and ensure adherence to SOX and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Legal, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, preferably within a multinational environment
- Solid understanding of credit policies and collection processes
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
- LEAN Six Sigma certification is an advantage
