Qualifications:

At least 1-2 years of experience in credit investigation, field verification, collections, banking, lending, or related financial services.
Knowledge of credit assessment, background investigation, skip tracing, and account verification.
Familiarity with collection processes and recovery operations is an advantage.
Strong analytical, interviewing, and report-writing skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel as needed.
With good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Honest, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
