Requirements

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Monitor the main collections email inbox on a daily basis, reviewing all incoming correspondence related to accounts receivable and collections.
  • Forward all relevant customer communications, remittance advices, and payment inquiries directly into the Onguard/Creditnext system to maintain a centralized audit trail.
  • Maintain a tracking system to ensure that all routed emails are acknowledged and replied to by the assigned Credit Controller CEWT (Creditable Withholding Tax) Administration
  • Proactively monitor and follow up on outstanding CEWT forms, coordinating directly with customers and internal Credit Controllers to ensure timely submission
  • Maintain an updated tracker of expected vs. received CEWT documents for all relevant accounts.
  • Liaise with the accounting/finance department to verify that the remaining AR balances corresponding to the withheld CEWT amounts are accurately cleared and posted in the main accounting system upon receipt of the forms

  • Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course
  • Open for Fresh Graduates
  • Advantage with at least 2-3 year(s) of work related experience
  • With good communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
  • With good negotiation and analyzation skills
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kalawaan, Pasig
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
