Job Description

Primary DetailsTime Type: Full timeWorker Type: EmployeeTo be accountable for the end to end processes within Credit Control, including the manual and automated transactional activities and resolving complex queries with both Internal and External Stakeholders, who rely on those transactional services; across both Insurance Administration and Credit Control activities. To be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with one or more Client/Broker organisations ensuring that all operational issues are resolved in an efficient and effective manner. To continuously review our Operational Excellence opportunities and further drive any automated capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and incorporating the strategies for achieving individual or work unit objectives.
  • Act as an SME across the business portfolios.
  • All queries and escalations resolved effectively in a timely manner.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration by keeping the channels of communication open and creating an environment for open and honest discussions.
  • Deal with internal and external complaints in a timely manner and self report any risks identified.

Work Experience:

Necessary Work Experience includes:

  • Some relevant work experience.

Preferred Work Experience includes:

  • Experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable and/or cash management functions.
  • Experience within Insurance environment is desirable.
  • Experience of working collaboratively with offshore partners.
  • Experience of the Xchanging process regarding accounting and settlements.
  • Office/Administration experience.

Qualifications:

Necessary Qualifications include:

  • Tertiary Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

General office jobs:Work is generally performed in an office environment in which there is not substantial exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Must have the ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time. Must be able to operate basic office equipment including telephone, headset and computer. Incumbent must be able to lift basic office equipment up to 20 lbs.
