Job Summary:
Lead the Credit and Collection function, ensuring effective credit risk management, timely collections, achievement of DSO targets, and compliance with company credit policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop the Credit & Collection Team and Field Collectors.
- Drive monthly DSO and collection targets and monitor team productivity.
- Develop and implement sound credit policies, guidelines, and risk management practices.
- Review and approve customer credit applications, credit limits, extended payment terms, adjustments, and credit memos.
- Monitor credit policy violations and assess risks, providing recommendations to Senior Management.
- Oversee risk accounts, collection progress, and overall credit and collection performance.
- Foster team development, motivation, and continuous improvement.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or related field.
- At least 15 years of relevant experience in Credit & Collection, preferably with managerial/team leadership experience.
- Strong background in credit risk management, collections, DSO management, and credit policy development.
