We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Credit & Collections Analyst to manage our credit risk and collections processes effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, ensuring timely payments while maintaining positive relationships.

What You'll Do:
Assess credit applications and evaluate customer creditworthiness
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts
Communicate with clients regarding payment terms and collection strategies
Analyze financial statements to determine credit limits
Prepare reports on collection activities and account status
Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing discrepancies

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit and collections
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
