CORE PROFILE:
The Credit Card Usage Analyst is responsible for driving the CIF activation/engagement and spend/outstanding balance growth of the business. This role oversees the acquired portfolio lifecycle activation, spend generation, building of outstanding balance, cardholder engagement/retention and anti-attrition through datadriven strategies, partnerships, campaigns, and customer experience enhancements to ensure the portfolio meets revenue/P&L targets through management of multiple portfolio performance metrics.
What you need to succeed:
- Review daily transaction and usage reports to spot trends or anomalies
- Track activation, spend and balances against budget and work on action plans to exceed budget and OKRs.
- Perform Business analytics to come up with spend generation opportunities and build a business case for budget approval
- Draft mechanics and work to request for campaign creatives and messaging for usage initiatives
- Respond to internal queries from marketing, social media community team, customer service
- Monitor customer feedback and usage behavior at launch of and post campaign
- Update campaign trackers and performance and propose adjustments
- Attend cross-functional meetings to align on metrics, feedbacks, mechanics, budgets and new opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in any business operations or credit cards, retail banking, payments, consumer finance, B2B operations
- Strong background in operations management, business, analytics, portfolio management, campaign strategy, product usage growth, or loyalty programs.
