About The Job
The Credit Card Strategy Leader is responsible for revolving products – Virtual limit and Credit Card. The position is responsible for crafting, building, and managing revolving credit products, including product design, product build requirements, implementation. Another area of focus is building customer lifecycle strategy around revolving product, with special focus on digital lifecycle and in app engagement as well as crafting a cross-sell strategy and rules to maximize value of each customer, including customer segmentation approach. This senior management role will be responsible for the performance of revolving customer base and the evolution of the customer lifecycle strategy, product development and roadmap.
What You'll Do
- Collaborating across a diverse group of stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Product Managers, Information Technology, Sales, Program Manager, etc.)
- Crafting overall customer lifecycle strategy focused on revolving value proposition as main driver of customer engagement and optimization of customer lifetime value
- Defining product features and owning the successful execution of agreed initiatives
- Engaging closely with Program Managers, Information Technology and Product Managers to help determine the best technical implementation and design while balancing speed to market needs
- Partnering with cross-functional teams and external partners to design, build, launch, and market new product features
- Using customer experience data, analytics, market research and competitive analysis to drive decision making with regards to customer life cycle, strategy, and communication
- Defining and proactively supervising key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions
- Partnering with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure the revolving credit products we deliver are aligned with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Leading and managing directly team of 10+ experts, specialists and managers as well as 2 development scrum teams
What You Need To Have
- Minimum 12 years working experience in CRM, lifecycle or product roles preferably in banks or insurance or financial industries
- Strong product management and development experience preferably from customer finance, telco or retail businesses
- Experience building and leading a team in a matrixed environment
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of internal partners
- History of leading and executing in fast-paced, high-growth, uncertain environments
- Comfortable using data and analytics to inform strategy and product decisions
- Strong understanding of business KRAs and the ability to drive them
- Experience in an Agile development environment
