Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that the company receives accurate payment in a timely fashion.
  • Supports collection efforts through the mail, phone call, and other digital means of sending collection notices.
  • Obtains client information and verifies concerns through phone calls and emails.
  • Provides prompt responses thru verbal or written communication.
  • Performs account/payment reconciliations
  • Creates and properly maintains credit history files.
  • Offers account settlement options to delinquent accounts.

Requirements:

  • Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree in any business course
  • Proficient in computer applications
  • With excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong planning and multi-tasking skills; flexible, proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Must be organized, flexible, analytical, and resilient when trying to resolve a collection issue
  • Those with outstanding academic and extra-curricular achievements will have an advantage
  • Preferably with at least 1-year of work experience. Fresh graduates may also apply.
