Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Quezon City. The Credit and Collection Manager will oversee and manage the financial health of the organization by ensuring timely collection of accounts receivable and effective credit control. Responsibilities include performing credit assessments, managing debt collection strategies, analyzing financial data, and developing policies to minimize risk. The manager will collaborate with internal teams and customers to enhance cash flow and optimize operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Credit Management and Collections Management to handle credit control operations and ensure timely payments.
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data, evaluate creditworthiness, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Proficiency in Debt Collection processes and approaches to reduce overdue receivables and improve cash flow.
• Solid understanding of Finance principles, including budgeting and forecasting, to align credit and collection strategies with organizational goals.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in a similar role and a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
