Credit Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

The Credit Analyst supports the company's credit evaluation process by assessing customer creditworthiness, analyzing financial information, and monitoring credit exposure. The role helps minimize financial risk by ensuring accurate credit assessments, maintaining credit records, and supporting sound credit decisions in accordance with company policies.

Basic Function

• Evaluate customer credit applications and analyze financial information to support credit decisions.
• Prepare credit evaluation reports and recommend appropriate credit limits.
• Monitor customer credit exposure and ensure compliance with approved credit terms.
• Maintain accurate credit records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and customers while supporting continuous improvement of credit processes.

Qualification Guidelines

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in credit analysis, accounts receivable, finance, or a related role; fresh graduates with a strong academic background are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of credit risk assessment and financial statement analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities with a high level of integrity.
• Background in credit analysis, financial statement analysis, or ERP systems is an advantage.
