Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Credit Assessment & Risk Management
  • Analyze credit bureau reports, bank statements, and KYC documents to evaluate applicants creditworthiness, financial health, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis and risk assessments for loan applications.
  • Evaluate loan applications and make informed credit decisions within the company's risk appetite.
  • Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies to minimize defaults.
  • Loan Settlement
  • Before initiating settlement, assess the borrower's repayment capacity to ensure the total settlement amount is feasible
  • Handle settlements for all current obligations of the borrower
  • Obtain proof of all settlements from the customer to confirm successful loan closures.
  • Assist customers in setting up standing order/direct debit for smooth repayment of consolidated loans.
  • Work with internal credit risk and legal teams to ensure faster disbursement of the refinanced loan
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company credit policies
  • Customer Assistance & Support:
  • Guide borrowers through the loan settlement process, explaining terms and obligations
  • Address borrower concerns, resolve disputes, and provide financial counseling where necessary
  • Ensure borrowers understand the impact of settlements on their credit profile
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze performance, default trends and prepare regular reports on settlements outcomes
  • Use Excel and CRM tools to manage and analyze large datasets on risk assessment and loan settlements
  • Provide data-driven insights to improve credit analysis and mediation strategies leading to improved success rates

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:


  • Coordinate with credit risk, customer service and legal teams to optimize risk assessment and mediation strategies
  • Work closely with external lenders and financial institutions to ensure smooth loan closure
  • Communicate settlement terms and progress effectively with all stakeholders

Qualifications:


  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Credit Analysis.
  • Proficient in Tagalog (Mandatory) and English.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, (particularly Excel), CRM tools, and financial analysis software.
  • Ability to commute/relocate: Makati - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
  • Work Location: Fully WFO In person from Makati
