Credit Analyst

Role Description

Credit Assessment & Risk Management

• Review credit reports, bank statements, and KYC documents.
• Assess creditworthiness, financial health, and loan risks.
• Evaluate loan applications and recommend risk mitigation.

Loan Settlement

• Assess repayment capacity and handle loan settlements.
• Verify settlement documents and loan closures.
• Coordinate with Credit Risk and Legal teams for loan processing.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulations.

Customer Support

• Guide borrowers through settlement and repayment processes.
• Resolve concerns and explain loan terms and credit impact.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze default trends and settlement performance.
• Use Excel and CRM tools for reporting and data analysis.
• Provide insights to improve credit and settlement strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with Credit Risk, Customer Service, Legal, lenders, and financial institutions.

Qualifications

● Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field

● Minimum 2 years of experience in Credit Analysis.

● Proficient in Tagalog (Mandatory) and Englis

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

● Proficiency in MS Office Suite, (particularly Excel), CRM tools, and financial analysis software such DBR and DSR

Salary - up to 40,000
