Schedule: Morning Shift

Job Description

The Credit Administration Officer supports the asset finance process by managing documentation, verifying client information, reviewing credit requirements and assisting with finance administration tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work directly with clients, lenders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and process credit applications for consumer and commercial asset finance.
  • Check and verify tax invoices and equipment documentation.
  • Assist with Equifax credit reports, bank statement uploads and payslip verification.
  • Ensure compliance with Australian AML and KYC requirements.
  • Review supporting documents such as driver's licences, Medicare cards and trust deeds.
  • Interpret lender credit policies and ensure applications meet criteria.
  • Maintain high accuracy while managing finance processing tickets.
  • Work across multiple lender and internal portals to complete application processing.
  • Assist with client enquiries, payout figures and finance administration tasks.

Qualification And Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in asset finance administration for an Australian or US asset finance company or brokerage.
  • Understanding of consumer and commercial credit processes.
  • Knowledge of Australian tax invoices and equipment purchase documentation.
  • Experience working with Equifax or other credit reporting systems.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to work in-office 5 days per week.
  • Strong database and portal management skills.
  • Team player willing to assist with general finance administration tasks.

Non-negotiable Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in asset finance administration for an Australian or US asset finance company or brokerage.
