About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Compliance of Contingent Workers Work with our recruiters to take candidates who have accepted offers and walk them through all stages of the process needed to start on assignment.
- Review healthcare provider's educational background, training, licensure, and certifications to ensure they meet the necessary requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of healthcare providers credentials, including renewal dates and expiration dates.
- Perform background checks, such as criminal history checks and reference checks, to ensure that the healthcare provider is of good standing.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory and accrediting bodies (Joint Commission) and ensure that healthcare providers are up to date with changes in regulations.
- Ensure that healthcare providers maintain their skills through ongoing education and training during their tenure with the company.
- Assignment Management Be the primary point of contact for all workers on assignment. Direct workers to the appropriate Pride representative for issues regarding payroll, benefits, etc. Assist with expiring credentials and yearly compliance renewals.
Qualifications
- Strong English Communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Must Have an experience with US Healthcare Onboarding
- Knowledgeable in i9 Verification
- Must have an experience in US Healthcare credentialling
Work Schedule: Nightshift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3 Days office 2 days at home)
