This is a remote position.
Schedule:
- Monday to Thursday - 8:45am to 5pm New York Time (8:45pm - 5am Manila Time)
- Friday - 8:45am to 3:45pm New York Time (8:45pm - 3:45am Manila Time)
The desired result of the Provider Enrollment Account Representative role is consistent, dependable support of the Provider Enrollment Account Coordinator. Enrollment documentation is collected accurately and on time, provider information is well-organized, and internal teams have the information they need to move items forward without delay. Clients and internal partners experience communication as clear, timely, and professional. Documentation gaps are identified early, follow ups are proactive, and tracking systems are kept current.
Measures of Success:
- Client-required information is consistently received and verified before enrollment applications are initiated.
- Initial documentation requests are sent within 3 working hours of the provider enrollment request.
- Follow up requests for missing documentation are sent within 3 working hours of identification.
- Internal and client emails are responded to within 8 working hours.
- Enrollment activity and documentation are accurately maintained in all internal tracking systems.
- Assigned workload consistently reflects 100% client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Support client-facing Provider Enrollment activities by managing a reduced caseload of providers under the direction of the Account Team Coordinator.
- Assist with client communication to collect all required enrollment documentation prior to application submission.
- Track licensures, re-credentialing timelines, and enrollment status, and proactively follow up with clients regarding upcoming needs.
- Create and maintain CAQH profiles for assigned providers, including timely re-attestations.
- Organize, upload, and store client-provided documentation in designated internal systems to ensure accessibility for Credentialing Coordinators.
- Prepare and send initial and follow up requests for enrollment documentation within established service timeframes.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of enrollment activity across internal tracking tools.
- Coordinate with Credentialing Coordinators and state payor representatives to support timely and accurate application submissions.
- Contribute to weekly internal and external status reporting.
- Maintain working knowledge of payor-specific requirements and escalate questions or issues to the Account Team Coordinator as needed.
Requirements
- 2-year college degree
- Two years experience in a US-based medical billing practice or two years experience in a medical practice dealing with billing including but not limited to, provider credentialing, authorizations, reimbursement, etc., preferably in Behavioral Health to some degree
