Lead the Growth of Top Digital Creators

Are you passionate about the creator economy and experienced in leading high-performing teams We're looking for a Creator Partnerships Team Lead to oversee a pod of talent partnership specialists, drive creator growth strategies, and secure impactful brand collaborations.

In this leadership role, you'll combine strategic thinking, team coaching, and high-level negotiation to help content creators maximize their earning potential while building lasting relationships with global brands. What You'll Do

Lead & Develop Your Team

• Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Creator Partnership Specialists (Pod Agents).
• Provide performance feedback, guidance, and professional development.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex creator and brand concerns.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture focused on results.

Drive Creator Growth Strategy

• Develop growth strategies for creators across YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
• Identify opportunities to expand creator revenue through strategic partnerships.
• Guide long-term creator development while protecting brand alignment and creator authenticity.

Negotiate High-Value Partnerships

• Lead negotiations for premium sponsorships and partnership opportunities.
• Structure deals that maximize value while meeting both creator and brand objectives.
• Review contracts, negotiate commercial terms, and coordinate with internal stakeholders through deal completion.

Grow the Creator Roster

• Review creator prospects identified by your team.
• Lead outreach efforts to recruit and onboard high-potential creators.
• Evaluate audience performance, engagement, and market fit when expanding the talent portfolio.

Monitor Business Performance

• Track pod performance against revenue and partnership goals.
• Analyze outreach pipelines, conversion metrics, and forecasting reports.
• Identify trends and implement strategies to continuously improve team performance.

Optimize Operations

• Improve workflows and operational processes across creator management activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation and pipeline management using CRM and project management platforms.
• Partner cross-functionally to streamline campaign execution and creator support.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in creator management, influencer marketing, talent management, media sales, or brand partnerships.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring a high-performing team.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media platforms.
• Experience negotiating sponsorships, partnership agreements, or commercial contracts.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience managing KPIs and revenue targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Experience using CRM or workflow tools such as Airtable, Affinity, CreatorIQ, or similar platforms is a plus.
