Role Purpose

The Creator Partnership Associate serves as a bridge between McDonald's, creators, influencer agency partners, and internal Omnicom teams to strengthen and streamline influencer marketing operations across OMD-CREO.

The role works closely with the Creator Partnership Manager and internal Omnicom teams to help build, manage, and nurture relationships within the creator ecosystem, ensuring seamless collaboration between brands, creators, creator management agencies, and Omnicom agencies. This role is focused

exclusively on influencer and creator-related initiatives and does not include media planning, media buying, or other digital/traditional media responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Creator & Influencer Relationship Management

• Support the development and maintenance of relationships with creators, influencers, talent managers, and creator communities

• Assist in creator-related inquiries, opportunities, and partnerships across assigned projects

• Support creator identification, outreach, onboarding, and long-term relationship development

• Help in maintaining creator databases, contact records, profiles, and relationship history

• Monitoring of creator trends, emerging talent, and platform developments

Stakeholder & Partner Management

• Support the coordination between OMD, CREO, clients, and creators

• Help in facilitating communication and collaboration between the stakeholders involved in influencer marketing initiatives

• Assist in alignment of expectations, deliverables, timelines, and campaign requirements across parties

• Help resolve operational issues and relationship concerns involving creators

Influencer Program Coordination

• Support the planning and execution of creator and influencer initiatives across projects

• Ensure smooth coordination of creator campaigns from briefing through completion

• Track creator participation, deliverables, timelines, and partnership commitments

• Support reporting and documentation of creator engagements and partnership activities

Creator Ecosystem Development

• Support the growth and maintenance of OMD-CREO's creator network and partnership ecosystem for our client

• Help identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiencies, and collaboration between brand and creators

• Assist in identifying and developing best practices for creator relationship management

• Contribute recommendations on creator engagement strategies and partnership models
