Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Writer based in Taguig.

The Creative Writer will be responsible for developing compelling concepts, scripts, taglines, captions, campaign narratives, event spiels, activation mechanics, and digital content for various brands and campaigns. This role requires someone who can transform ideas into engaging stories and write content that works across on-ground events, brand activations, social media, digital campaigns, and advertising materials.

Daily responsibilities include brainstorming creative campaign ideas, writing event and activation concepts, creating copy for presentations and proposals, developing scripts and spiels for hosts or brand ambassadors, crafting social media captions and digital content, conducting research, and collaborating closely with the accounts, creatives, and operations teams to ensure the message is aligned with the brand, audience, and campaign objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in creative writing, copywriting, and campaign storytelling
  • Experience or strong interest in events, on-ground activations, brand campaigns, and digital content
  • Ability to write event concepts, activation ideas, scripts, spiels, taglines, captions, and proposal copy
  • Strong research skills and ability to turn insights into creative campaign ideas
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt writing style to different brands, audiences, tones, and platforms
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions
  • Able to work in a fast-paced agency environment and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in advertising, events, marketing, activations, or digital campaigns is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred
