Creative Strategist (E-commerce Ads Remote)
At DTC Mode, we build and run high-performing marketing funnels for some of the most exciting direct-to-consumer brands in the world. We're looking for a hands-on Creative Strategist who can shape, brief, and deliver top-tier ad creatives that drive revenue across Meta, TikTok, and other paid channels.
This role is for someone who understands what makes ads convert in 2025, has a strong eye for creative direction, and knows how to turn insights and product angles into content that performs. You'll work closely with founders, editors, designers, and performance teams to make sure every brand has a clear creative system that scales.
The Role
You'll own creative strategy for several DTC brands, covering concept development, scriptwriting, briefing, and reviewing video and static ads. You'll sit between creative and performance, working with media buyers to translate data into clear creative decisions and testing plans.
You'll produce detailed briefs, refine messaging angles, and guide editors and designers on how each piece should look and feel. You'll also review content before it ships, ensuring it meets the creative standards and performance goals of each brand.
What You'll Do
Develop creative strategies, hooks, and angles for paid social ads
Write briefs, scripts, outlines, and messaging notes for designers and editors
Review and approve ad creatives across video and static formats
Translate performance data into clear creative insights and next steps
Build testing roadmaps that align with client goals and media buying plans
Work closely with founders and internal teams to align on brand direction
Run recurring strategy calls to review creative performance
Research competitors, industry trends, and winning formats across platforms
Keep creative calendars and deliverables organised across multiple accounts
What You'll Need
Strong background in paid social and DTC creative strategy
Experience working at an e-commerce or performance agency across multiple brands
Confident writing scripts, ad copy, and creative briefs
Clear understanding of what makes Meta and TikTok ads convert
Ability to review and guide editors on pacing, structure, and storytelling
Strong creative eye and attention to detail
Comfortable working fast, managing multiple accounts, and hitting deadlines
Excellent communication skills for working with clients and creative teams
