Creative Strategist - DTC Brand (Direct Response E-Commerce)

We are a fast-growing DTC e-commerce brand selling in the US. Our content engine produces 90+ UGC videos per month (30 creators x 3 videos), and we need a Creative Strategist to turn this volume into winning ads. You will own the creative direction: research, angles, briefs and iteration based on performance. Brand details shared with shortlisted candidates.

What you will do:

• Research the market, customers and competitors (ad libraries, reviews, spy tools) to find winning angles and hooks

• Write clear, detailed UGC briefs for creators (scripts, hooks, shot lists, formats) — a dedicated coordinator handles all creator logistics

• Analyze ad performance with the media buying team (CTR, thumbstop, ROAS) and iterate on winning concepts

• Build and maintain a creative testing roadmap: new angles, formats and variations every week

• Stay on top of TikTok/Meta ad trends and DR creative formats that convert

What we are looking for:

• 3+ years as a Creative Strategist for e-commerce/DTC brands (in-house or agency)

• Proven track record with the US market and paid social (Meta, TikTok)

• Strong portfolio of UGC/DR ads you have strategized and briefed (required — please include it)

• Data-driven: comfortable reading ad metrics and turning them into creative decisions

• Fluent written English, autonomous and fast-moving

Bonus: experience in beauty, wellness or supplements
