About the RoleBoogie Team is looking for a sharp, creative, and fast-learning Creative Strategist / AI Creative Producer to support a performance marketing company serving the U.S. home improvement and local services market.
The company creates, tests, and scales advertising campaigns across industries such as ADUs, roofing, windows, bathrooms, kitchens, landscaping, hardscaping, exterior painting, energy efficiency, insulation, and other home renovation services.
This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, direct-response copywriting, AI-assisted production, customer research, creative operations, and performance marketing. You will develop new advertising concepts, hooks, scripts, static ad ideas, UGC briefs, AI-generated creative assets, and testing angles designed to drive measurable results such as clicks, leads, appointments, and sales opportunities.
This is not a traditional graphic designer role and not solely a copywriting position. The ideal candidate understands that creative is a performance engine and can combine strong creative thinking with customer psychology, data, speed, and continuous testing.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative strategies, concepts, testing hypotheses, and advertising angles based on homeowner pain points, emotional triggers, savings, property value, trust, seasonal urgency, family needs, local relevance, rental income, energy efficiency, and other customer motivations. Concepts may include pain-point ads, educational content, testimonials, contractor-style ads, before-and-after creatives, emotional angles, localized campaigns, interactive funnels, and offer-driven ads.
- Write short-form video hooks, UGC scripts, headlines, direct-response ad copy, CTAs, and multiple creative variations for Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and other paid social platforms. Adapt messaging for different services, locations, audiences, and stages of the customer journey while keeping copy simple, believable, and natural for U.S. consumers.
- Create detailed UGC and video production briefs for creators, actors, contractors, AI avatars, editors, and internal production teams, including the hook, script, scene, visual action, tone, props, CTA, and intended audience. Review raw footage and help identify the strongest hooks, cuts, formats, and variations for testing.
- Use AI and creative tools to generate concepts, scripts, visuals, voiceovers, image variations, video ideas, drafts, and creative testing assets. Help test and improve AI-assisted workflows while staying current with new tools that can increase creative production speed and quality.
- Conduct audience, competitor, and market research using sources such as Facebook Ad Library, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, customer reviews, competitor campaigns, and customer objections. Research segments including seniors, families, new homeowners, long-time homeowners, ADU prospects, homeowners with older properties, homeowners facing high utility costs, and customers affected by seasonal issues such as heat, rain, leaks, or holidays.
- Review creative performance with the media buying team using metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, hook rate, hold rate, lead quality, contact rate, appointment rate, and conversion performance. Identify which hooks, messages, formats, and concepts are working, then turn those insights into new variations and testing ideas.
- Work closely with media buyers, designers, video editors, account managers, AI production teams, sales/client success teams, and other creatives while maintaining organized documentation of scripts, hooks, testing concepts, creative packs, winning angles, tested ideas, performance learnings, and reusable frameworks in tools such as Notion, spreadsheets, Monday, ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms.
Requirements- Excellent written English with the ability to write naturally and persuasively for a U.S. audience.
- Strong creative thinking, ideation, and ability to generate multiple distinct concepts from the same product or service.
- Ability to write compelling hooks, short-form scripts, headlines, direct-response ad copy, and creative briefs.
- Strong understanding of customer psychology, pain points, objections, emotional triggers, and consumer behavior.
- Understanding of social media content and paid advertising, with an interest in performance and measurable results rather than branding alone.
- Comfortable using AI tools or highly motivated and able to learn new creative technologies quickly.
- Ability to work at a high-output pace, manage multiple creative assignments, incorporate feedback quickly, and continuously iterate.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable collaborating across creative, marketing, production, and media buying teams.
- Able to think from the perspective of the homeowner or end customer, not only from the perspective of a marketer.
Preferred Qualifications- Previous experience in performance marketing, paid social, direct-response advertising, lead generation, or creative strategy.
- Experience creating advertising for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or other paid social platforms.
- Experience creating or managing UGC content, creators, actors, contractors, or video production.
- Background in home improvement, construction, real estate, local services, finance, insurance, or another lead-generation-focused industry.
- Experience working with designers, video editors, media buyers, or creative production teams.
- Familiarity with AI and creative tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Canva, CapCut, Figma, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Creatify, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with project and creative management tools such as Notion, Monday, ClickUp, or Asana.
- Basic design or video editing ability.
- Experience with AI image or AI video generation.
- Understanding of U.S. homeowner audiences and localized advertising by city, ZIP code, audience segment, or market.
- Experience developing structured creative testing systems, creative packs, or reusable creative frameworks.
- Understanding of advertising metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, conversion rate, hook rate, hold rate, lead quality, contact rate, and appointment rate.
