HIRING: CREATIVE STORY ARCHITECT / SHOWRUNNER

TATA'S CHICKS

TATA'S CHICKS is looking for a highly creative storyteller, writer, and world-builder to help create what we internally call the THE LITTLE MAYOR.

This is not a traditional copywriting role.

We are building a content franchise inspired by:

• The Godfather

• Goodfellas

• A Bronx Tale

• The Sopranos

• Donnie Brasco

• Casino

while blending:

• Filipino culture

• Mandaluyong history

• Basketball culture

• Family values

• Political influence

• Community leadership

• Humor and romance

• Food and hospitality

The story is inspired by Tata Panyong, a real-life community leader known as the Little Mayor of Mandaluyong.

We want to create a long-running series of:

* Instagram Reels

* TikTok Episodes

* Mini Documentaries

* Cinematic Brand Films

* Character-Driven Stories

* Product Stories

* Lifestyle Content

Our goal is to build a world where Tata becomes a legendary brand character whose story is told through comedy, drama, nostalgia, inspiration, family, food, basketball, politics, romance, and community.

Responsibilities

* Develop the overall Tata's Chicks story universe

* Create recurring characters and storylines

* Write short-form episodic scripts

* Develop mini-documentary concepts

* Build season arcs and content roadmaps

* Collaborate with our Creative Director, Marketing Team, and Production Team

* Help create memorable brand moments and iconic scenes

* Ensure every story remains aligned with the Tata's Chicks brand identity

Qualifications

* Strong storytelling ability

* Experience in film, advertising, content creation, journalism, screenwriting, or creative writing

* Deep appreciation for cinematic storytelling

* Understanding of social media storytelling formats

* Ability to write emotionally engaging, funny, inspirational, and memorable content

* Familiarity with mob films, family dramas, and character-driven storytelling is a huge advantage

Bonus Points

* Experience writing for brands

* Documentary filmmaking background

* Experience in short-form content creation

* Understanding of Filipino culture and local history

* Knowledge of basketball culture and community storytelling
