JOB PURPOSE

  • The Creative Specialist is a key component in the company's mission to communicate the consumer benefits of Sumisho's financial products. By producing unique, compelling and visually engaging content, this role ensures that every material posted on social media stands out, drives traffic and enhances consumer understanding. The Creative Specialist turns complex financial concepts into accessible, relatable and visually appealing materials that resonate with audiences.

JOB SCOPE

  • The Creative Specialist is responsible for conceptualizing, designing and delivering high quality creative materials that drive consumer engagement and strengthen the company's brand identity. This includes: (1) developing original visual and multimedia assets tailored for social media and digital platforms (2) ensuring all creative executions highlight consumer benefits and simplify financial concepts (3) collaborating with key personnel to craft and maintain a brand kit that reinforces brand identity (4) maintaining consistency across all communication channels to protect and enhance brand equity (5) supporting the Digital Marketing Team by providing creative direction and timely outputs for the campaign (5) analyzing performance of creative materials and continuously improving design approaches (6) will be able to assist in fine tuning the creatives aspect of mobile app

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Design, Marketing, Mass Communication or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in creative design for digital and social media (preferably in financial services or consumer focused industries)
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Capcut and Canva or equivalent tools
  • Strong understanding of social media content formats and platform requirements.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into clear and visually engaging concepts.
