About the Role

At Magic, we help busy executives and entrepreneurs get more done by connecting them with talented, tech-savvy virtual assistants. As a Creative Solutions Assistant, you'll support multiple clients simultaneously — handling research, bookings, coordination, communications, and anything that keeps their day running smoothly.

This isn't a scripted BPO job. Every day is different, and we value people who can think on their feet, find creative ways to get things done, and take ownership of tasks from start to finish.

Shift Options
  • Day: 5am–2pm PHT
  • Night: 1pm–10pm PHT
  • Astro/Graveyard: 9pm–6am PHT
Compensation
  • $3.25/hour (freelance)
  • Paid weekly via Deel
  • Growth opportunities within Magic's operations team

What You'll Do:

  • Handle a variety of client requests daily: research, booking, scheduling, email management, and more
  • Make and receive unscripted calls on behalf of clients
  • Use AI tools to work smarter and faster — with your own judgment ensuring quality
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients at all times
  • Document task details and client preferences for seamless team handoffs

What we're looking for

  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Comfort with unscripted calls and varied, fast-paced tasks
  • Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.)
  • A proactive mindset: you find the solution, not just the problem
  • No VA experience required — we'll train you from the ground up
Equipment Requirements
  • Laptop/PC: Intel Core i5 or equivalent, 8GB RAM minimum
  • Noise-canceling headset
  • Webcam
  • Stable internet connection (at least 10 Mbps)
