Job Summary
KDCI Outsourcing is seeking a
Creative Services Manager to oversee the end-to-end creative workflow, from concept development to final asset delivery. This role serves as the bridge between stakeholders and the creative team, ensuring all visual and written outputs are high-quality, on-brand, and delivered on time. The position requires a strong balance of project management, creative direction, and process optimization to maintain efficiency and creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Workflow Management: Streamline intake processes and manage resource allocation for all creative requests.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure all creative outputs adhere strictly to brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Translate business requirements into clear, actionable creative briefs.
- Project Tracking: Monitor timelines and project health using project management tools to prevent bottlenecks.
- Quality Assurance: Review and approve final assets, ensuring technical specifications (resolution, dimensions, file types) are accurate.
Job Requirements
- 35 years of experience in a Creative Lead, Art Director, or Creative Operations role (agency or in-house preferred).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp).
- Strong understanding of digital and print production, typography, color theory, and video editing workflows.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide constructive creative feedback.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH).
