The Role
We are looking for a
Creative Resource Manager to oversee the allocation and scheduling of creative resources across the team.
This role ensures that the right creative is assigned to the right projects while maintaining an efficient workflow within the creative team.
The Creative Resource Manager works closely with the Design Director and Account/Project teams to plan workloads, balance project priorities, and optimise team capacity.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining a healthy and productive studio environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day resource planning and scheduling for the creative teams across multiple projects.
- Allocate creative resources based on project requirements, timelines, and team skillsets.
- Work closely with design director and accounts to understand project priorities and resource needs.
- Monitor team workload and ensure balanced utilisation of creative resource.
- Anticipate upcoming project needs and proactively plan resource allocation and capacity.
- Track project timelines and adjust resource assignments as priorities shift, and ensure project milestones are met and all deliverables are successfully delivered.
- Assist leadership in forecasting resource needs for upcoming projects and pitches and identify potential resource gaps, bottlenecks, or scheduling conflicts, and propose solutions.
- Maintain and update resource schedules, project trackers, and workload planning tools.
- Maintain the filing system on the server and ensure that all creative files and presentations are filed and archived properly.
Role Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in resource management, project management, or studio management within a creative agency.
- Strong understanding of BTL Shopper agency workflows, production processes, and project timelines.
- Excellent planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain clear resource visibility across the team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across creative, account, and project teams.
- Proficiency with resource planning tools – Float.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams).
- Comfortable working with alcohol brands.
