Your Role:
Responsibilities1) Design execution (primary)
. Turn approved copy and requirements into beautiful, on-brand deliverables.
. Maintain high visual quality and consistency across many client brands.
. Deliver assets quickly and reliably (24-48 hour turnaround typical).
2) Template creation and reuse (important)
. Build Canva templates for common deliverable types (one-pagers, decks, LinkedIn tiles).
. Create systems that can be reused and adapted across clients while staying on-brand.
3) Brand compliance + proactive visual improvement
. Use each client's brand standards (fonts, colors, logo usage, tone of visuals).
. Proactively improve layouts, hierarchy, spacing, and flow when something can be
elevated.
. Make design recommendations internally when the layout could better support the
message.
4) Collaboration & workflow
. Receive work through Asana from the commercial team, execute against prioritization,
and provide status updates.
. Work from shared Drive folders and follow naming conventions.
5) Light video editing (bonus)
. Create short-form clips from long-form recordings (talking head).
. Add captions/subtitles, trim for pacing, and produce clean social-ready edits.
. Use AI tools where appropriate for speed and quality (following client rules).
What You Need:
Required Skills
. Strong Canva design capability (layout, typography, hierarchy, consistency, template systems).
. Proven ability to produce high-quality design quickly and consistently.
. Strong eye for premium, modern design (clean, readable, conversion-friendly).
. Ability to switch between brand systems without losing quality.
. Organized and reliable: can work from Asana queues and hit deadlines.
. Excellent English comprehension (to accurately interpret copy and requirements not a writing role). Nice-to-Haves
. Basic PowerPoint and Google Slides comfort.
. Video editing experience (short-form, captions, talking head cleanup).
. Experience using AI creative tools for backgrounds, characters, and creative variations (within client guidelines).
. Experience producing assets that may later be used for print or events (you don't own printing/export specs, but familiarity helps). What Success Looks Like
. Deliverables are consistently high quality, on-brand, and client-ready.
. Output volume is steady (3-4+ assets/day) with 24-48 hour turnaround.
. Templates improve speed and consistency across clients.
. Minimal rework needed the commercial team trusts your polish.
. Short-form video edits are clean, captioned, and reusable across channels when needed
