Job Description

The Creative Operations Specialist is responsible for delivering high‑quality photo retouching and image editing to support high‑volume creative production. This role focuses on refining and enhancing images to meet strict brand and visual quality standards within fast‑paced, AI‑assisted workflows. The ideal candidate has strong retouching experience, expert‑level Photoshop skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting multiple projects for US‑based teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced photo retouching and image editing using Adobe Photoshop

• Apply color correction, image enhancement, masking, compositing, and background replacement

• Execute detailed edits such as object removal, signage clean‑up, logo or text replacement, and visual touch‑ups

• Review AI‑generated images and correct quality issues requiring human judgment

• Resize, adapt, and format images for various platforms and creative specifications

• Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines and quality standards prior to delivery

• Manage creative assets using proper file naming conventions and organized folder structures

• Create and maintain templates and working files using Figma

• Handle multiple projects or client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines and SLAs

• Document recurring issues and contribute to workflow and process improvements

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of recent experience in photo retouching or image editing (agency or in‑house advertising experience preferred)

• Expert‑level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, including advanced retouching and compositing

• Strong eye for detail with solid understanding of brand consistency and visual quality

• Experience managing creative assets in structured production environments

• Proficiency in Figma for template creation and asset organization

• Hands‑on experience with AI image generation or enhancement tools is a strong advantage

• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, asynchronous environment

• Strong written English communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with paid social or digital advertising formats

• Familiarity with performance marketing or multi‑brand creative workflows
